One of these days I found in my searches for antiques, a tavern set (1 table and 4 stools), to restore.
The table needed a new top and wood treatment;
The 4 stools were in poor condition, needed replacement of parts and wood treatment.
The 4 stools were in poor condition, needed replacement of parts and wood treatment.
In this restoration I used Cedar and Pine wood, sandpaper and bitumen, to make the necessary replacements and repairs.
Then I applied paints and varnish, in the final finishes.
This set was then sold to a client of mine.
